Shipping Information:

FULL REFUND: If there is an error on our part related to your order (ex. incorrect item, damage..) you will receive a full refund. The item must be returned, unused in its original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will process full refund or item replacement.

Refund/replacement will be processed within 2 business days.

PARTIAL REFUND:

NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY.

If you changed your mind, or did not like your item/s, it must be returned, unused in its original condition within 5 DAYS of receiving it (based on USPS Tracking #). When you return an item, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be refunded back to the purchaser. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Buyer must return the item at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will process partial refund within 2 business days.
